I connected my Shopify store to the Facebook sales channel and enabled setting for Messenger texts to be received by Shopify Inbox. However, any test message I send through messenger is not being received by Shopify Inbox. I’ve disconnected and reconnected several times with no results.

It’s possible that the issue to due to third-party cookies (desktop) or cross-website tracking (iOS) being disabled, so I’d recommend checking your browser and/or device settings.
