Facebook's UTM parameter change to N/A in Shopify Report & GA

I’m trying to track my Facebook ad’s performance with the UTM parameter.

Even though the UTM is set up correctly but the Shopify Report and GA did not record as expected. All of my ATC, Init Checkout, and Purchase are attributed to the UTM campaign name N/A.

With the UTMs I set with the ad, the report shows barely anything.

Is anyone having the same issue? Have you found a solution to this? Or anyone who knows a solution please help me, I really appreciate it.
