Failed to pay invoice error outstanding bills

  • I have a visa debit card and it has the same amount as the bill but it’s error failed to pay invoice everytime I try to pay. What is the solution ?

Thanks for posting in the Shopify Community. You can pay for your Shopify bills (one-time or recurring) by using one of the following payment methods:

  • A valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
  • A debit card that is co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
  • Shopify Balance in some regions
  • PayPal in some regions
  • SEPA Direct Debit in some regions

If you’re using a valid Visa Debit card and are getting an error, I recommend first trying some local troubleshooting such as clearing your cache and cookies and/or using an incognito window to see if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting your bank to see if the issue is on their end.
