I’ve implemented some changes that were suggested here and would like some more input on how my site looks now. I am also wondering how to remove the VAT and trade number from my contact info page…

My site is iristrendstore.myshopify.com

Hi @IrisTrend ,

I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.

I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance. Here are my recommendations to improve the UX/UI of your website:

1. Add more section on the navigation bar

To make the navigation bar more informative, you should add several sections:

1.1. About Us page

An About Us page is a section on a website that provides information about a company, organization, or individual. It’s an opportunity to tell your brand’s story, share your vision, introduce team members, and outline your history, values, and achievements. This is where you build trust and credibility with customers.

Here is a reference:

1.2. Support section

You should add privacy policy and return policy on the footer to the navigation bar - an easy to spot position. Adding info this will address purchasing hesitation quickly and encourage customers to buy your products.

1.3. Showing categories on navigation bar

Showing the categories on the navigation bar will help your customers find their needs quickly, enhance shopping experience and encourage them to buy products from your stores. Below is a reference:

2. Banner

You should add a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers to catch customers’ attention. Below is a reference:

3. Featured products and you may also like

  • You can add promotional sections such as: Best sellers, On sale, New arrivals on homepage to catch the attention.
  • You should add ATC, add to wish list, quick view buttons and make price and discount labels more noticeable to encourage customers to buy products.

4. Adding review section

Reviews from others will provide customers more information about the product. It will enhance trust and provide more information regarding the product. Below is a reference:

5. Adding a FAQ page and expending the chat box

A FAQ page and chat box that includes more general information will address customers’ concerns more quickly, encouraging them to buy your products. See a reference below:

6. Domain name

Currently, you are using the default “ myshopify.com” subdomain. It may lower brand awareness among markets.

You must acquire a custom domain to maintain and strengthen your online presence.Using a domain that matches your brand can help you build trust in your online store.

I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.

Good luck!
