Hello Shopify community,
I’m brand new to Shopify (coming from Wix). I bought the Flex theme and worked on my store however I’m noticing a key bug with the mobile menu dropdown and scrolling.
Sometimes it works only for the first time and after it is clicked or I go to a new page, the dropdown menu icon stops responding and I also cannot scroll the page (it gets stuck).
I would really appreciate any help

I my opinion Contact to the flex theme support from where you have brought the theme.
They will fix out your issue,

Is there no simple way to check why this is happening and fix it in code? Maybe I’m being very optimistic…

No, their is no simple way.
You have to hire a developer or contact to the Theme support.
