is there any flow trigger that will run as soon as a new tag added to an order?
Shopify Flow does not provide such a trigger for orders.
If you don’t mind using third-party apps, you can use the Order tags added trigger from the Flow Companion app. To make this trigger work, you need to enable it in the app settings.
Flow should add this feature because this is very basic requirement for merchants

You can use AiTrillion. So, you can create the segment, whenever tag is added, the flow will get started, and you can call it to the Workflow and perform the action.
