Footer position- dawn theme- want to push it to the bottom of the page

Hello,

I am trying to make sure the footer stays at the bottom of the page even when my pages have very little content on Dawn theme- see screen shot attached for how it looks now.

How can I make the footer stay at the very bottom at all times?
