Yes I recently switched accounts and I haven’t used my old banking information in a year and I can’t remember it to switch my new business account on to my Shopify store. Can you please give me a solution or help me so I can get everything up and running.
You need to contact merchant support directly, they should assist with the change.

As @Nick_Marketing mentioned, if you have forgotten the old banking information which is requested when updating your bank account for Shopify Payments, then you will need to contact our live support team here at this link. They will be able to point you in the right direction and help you with updating your new bank account information. If in the meantime, you do happen to locate the old banking details, then you can follow along with our help center doc here on how to update your bank details.
