Why is my account being double charged fraudulently , Why does customer service never work , why does Shopify pick and choose who they provide qaulity support to and last but not least why is there not a 24 hour real customer service number provided by real people providing paying customers the real qaulity services they deserve. I feel this grievance is shared by millions of other customers , who are tired of shoveling hard earned money to a company who does not show appreciation or empower its user to really to use their platform to the fullest extent. It seems only the rich & famous get this preferential treatment yet most of them do not run their own sites and majority of their money comes from the hard working average joe or Tina . Stop picking and choosing and just be fair across the board . Mist important don’t post this unless you are truly serious about change.
