Do you mean you want the announcement bar to be fixed at the top of the website
If so, you can follow this instruction
Step 1: Go to Admin → Online store → Theme > Edit code
Step 2: Find the file theme.liquid
Step 3: Paste the below code before on theme.liquid
Thank you for answering. Actually the opposite. It is currently fixed but I want it to move / revolve if that makes sense
