I am trying to set up my new store with a paid theme. However, I am unable to buy any themes as I am getting an error every time I try to buy the theme. The support team says I am receiving a “bad request error” and I should reach out to Raziorpay, but Razorpay has no contact other than FAQs for shopify interactions. Please help.

It sounds frustrating to deal with this issue. You can try clearing your browser’s cache or using a different browser, and make sure your payment information is correct. If possible, try a different payment method instead of Razorpay. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Shopify Support again and informing them that you couldn’t get help from Razorpay. They may be able to offer an alternative solution or escalate the issue further.
