I went to shopify and exported a product we have already in the system. Then, filled in the information that I was missing in order to not do it in shopify manually because I am using this as a test to later upload the csv with 100 products at the time making the process of having products in the website and in the POS as accurately as possible.
But, every time I do this I get an error. See it in the link below:

The issue appears to be related to missing metaobjects from Line 2 to Line 9 of your CSV file. These products should have metaobjects associated with them. I’ve attached a document from our Help Center that explains what Metaobjects are and provides examples to help clarify the issue.
Once you have added the metaobjects from those lines, please try to do the import again, and please feel free to respond to this email for me to further check this for you.

The issue is that while the link to metaobjects is very good at explaining what are metaobjects does not tell me where and which places to add the metaobjects.
