We have 3 different store brands with 3 different shopify stores. I’m looking for a cross store app. A way that if you purchase a gift card at one store can be used at another. My guess is it would have to be connected to a central app. Also need a loyalty program for the same thing. Any ideas?

I think rise.ai would be able to do this, and technically I believe the mechanic automation app could do this on a store with access to the gift card api.
if the shortlist is too small, there’s also adding store-credit apps to the mix if they have an api to update between stores and update giftcards.
Afaik you can’t even use shopify-organizations feature to cross-share a giftcard among stores.
An alternative may be using shopify-markets would be but that could mean major restructuring depending on current use case.
For loyalty apps that should be researched separately otherwise you may be looking for a unicorn or putting to many things in one vendors basket.
If I remember Rise.ai can only do it if they are the same store. So I have a Surf Shop, a Shoe Store, and a Womens boutique. All are Brick and mortar and use shopify POS but also online stores. Hoping to sell a gift card customers can you at any one of the stores. The only way I can think of is if the Gift app was a central location that held the Gift cards such as a website, that then connects to the POS?
