Pretty much all feeds will automatically add new products, or update existing products or remove products whenever there is a change in Shopify. Most apps do this in a 24 hour cycle. As you are asking this question, I assume it is not working for you?
If not, it might be worth checking your data feed app settings, for example with multifeeds you can have an update every 24 hours, or even a higher frequency if needed.
For example with the google and youtube app, it usually updates whenever you make a change. However, this app can sometimes be buggy, and you might need to uninstall and re-install the app to get it to work again.
If your using a different app check the documentation or contact support.
