Good CPC, Good CTR, Good CPA. Need more conversions

Hey everyone,

I’m using paid TikTok ads with 2 ad sets. Combined I’m at CPC of $0.31, CTR of 4.3%, and CPA of $13. Budget is at a combined $200/day for both ad sets. I’m stuck at between 15-20 orders per day. What should be my next steps to get more sales and better conversion rate? My goal is to get to 30-40 sales/day next but without having to adjust budget too much if possible.
thank you guys for any help

To increase TikTok sales from 15-20 to 30-40 per day, refine your targeting by exploring specific interests, demographics, and lookalike audiences. Optimize creatives with A/B testing, compelling hooks, and strong CTAs. Leverage TikTok features like TikTok Shopping, trending sounds, and influencer marketing. Regularly monitor campaign performance, pause underperforming ads, and continuously refine your strategies based on data. This approach should improve your results without significantly increasing your budget.

Thank you very much for your reply!

Thank you so much! This is very helpful and I will look into how to do
these things for sure.

Hi, I’m Wayne from Akohub. We have been working with many brands to run online stores. I hope our expertise can help you.

First, I would recommend implementing retargeting campaigns across social media platforms. Think of it as staying in touch with people who’ve already shown interest in your products. When someone visits your store but doesn’t make a purchase, you can show them personalized ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. These ads serve as gentle reminders about the products they viewed, often featuring special offers or highlighting product benefits. Since these potential customers are already familiar with your brand, they’re more likely to convert, making this a cost-effective approach.

Furthermore, Email marketing is another powerful tool that can help you drive more sales. What makes Klaviyo special is its ability to create highly personalized email campaigns based on customer behavior. For example, if someone abandons their cart, Klaviyo can automatically send them a thoughtful follow-up email with product recommendations or a small discount to encourage them to complete their purchase. It’s like having a personal shopping assistant who knows exactly what your customers want and when to reach out to them.

To combine the strategies, I would recommend our Ako marketing app, which seamlessly integrates with Klaviyo. This will make your email marketing much more streamlined and effective. For instance, when a customer interacts with your retargeting ad, Ako can trigger relevant email sequences in Klaviyo, creating a more personalized shopping experience that guides customers naturally toward making a purchase.

Best wishes! If you have any more questions or need a free professional consultation, feel free to let us know! Don’t forget to like and mark it as a solution if you find this helpful.

Hey @Jesseh10

You’ve got some solid numbers to work with—nice work so far! To move from 15–20 orders to 30–40 without increasing your budget too much, you’ll need to fine-tune both your ads and the user experience. Here are a few actionable suggestions:

  1. Understand Your Data
Take a closer look at your CPA and identify which ad set is performing better. Shift more budget toward the better-performing ad set without increasing your overall spend. Even small adjustments can make a difference.

  2. Optimize Your Landing Page
A 4.3% CTR shows your ads are engaging, but what about your landing page? Ensure it matches the ad’s promise. Check for fast load times, a clear call-to-action, and strong social proof like customer reviews or user-generated content.

  3. Leverage TikTok’s Algorithm
TikTok thrives on fresh content. Test new ad creatives weekly, focusing on trends or challenges that resonate with your audience. People love relatable, native-style content over overly polished ads.

  4. Upsell and Cross-Sell
Once someone adds a product to their cart, suggest complementary items. For example, if you’re selling clothing, show matching accessories. Upselling or bundling can help you increase revenue without needing more traffic. Not adding for promotion, but iCart can help you at this time of your business.

  5. Retarget and Nurture Leads
Set up retargeting campaigns for users who didn’t complete their purchase. TikTok’s retargeting options can remind them of your product at just the right time. Combine this with email or SMS marketing for a strong follow-up.

  6. Experiment with Time of Day
TikTok’s audience is highly active during specific times. Analyze when your ads are getting the most engagement and focus your spend during those peak hours to maximize conversions.

Scaling is often about making small improvements across multiple areas rather than one big change. Keep testing, analyzing, and optimizing—you’ll soon be processing 30–40 orders per day!

Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
