Google Merchant Account Suspended due to Misrepresentation. Seeking help

Hello,

I recently opened a Google Merchant account and got suspended due to “Misrepresentation”. I have been reading all forum websites and watching videos to find the problem and solve it on my website.

I am doing everything legally, shipping products physically, and selling almost all platforms, however, did not get approved by Google Merchant.

Here is the policy issue showing on Google Merchant Center.

What to do

Show at least one of the following contact methods on your online store: business address, phone number, email, contact form, social media business profile. Also add your business address and phone number on the “Business information” page in Merchant Center.

I already have this information on Merchant Center and on my website on Footer and Top Menu, easily accessible. Also, return and shipping policies are clear and understandable. Can anyone please enlighten me on what I am missing?

try to combine the return policy and refund policy into one - Returns and Refunds Policy

While Google may highlight 1 policy violation, you will most likely have others, Google will not disclose all the reasons, this to avoid bad actors from learning how to circomvent policy violations.

Make sure to add your contact details in the footer as well, not only the link.

Make sure you have collected reviews, currently I don’t see any and for a website that is 1.5 years old, I was expecting reviews.
