Google shopping API - Update and field matching

Hey!

I’m having some issues with the Google API.
Some products don’t import some important fields such as “age group”, “colour”, or “gender”, even after I filled all the fields on Shopify. Some products also appear out of stock when they aren’t.

Is this normal?

Also when I try to edit the google fields on Shopify through the API and one by one by opening the small window, some fields appear with a black drop-menu. I can only edit those fields in bulk edit mode.

I tried to fix them manually on google merchant centre but it’s too many to do one by one.

Any solution?

This is a known issue for over a year now. And its due to the free app you are using.

If you require the app to be fixed, consider contact the support team. However as it has been over a year, I recommend you use a paid app such as: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds
