I need an honest answer not fluff because this is my business and if I need to switch platforms I need to know, now. And please don’t tell me to check my email because I didn’t get one and please don’t tell me to contact support because they tell me nothing but round about fluff of nothing scripts and can’t give me any information! I just need to know honestly if anyone out there has had this hold placed on there Shopify store and ever actually had it resolved for real? So I can decided if I need to look elsewhere for my business, I mean I am legit I have resale license and am a registered LLC. I’ve always shipped my items, I did just have a high risk order however I called customer checked forums emailed customer and everything seemed ligit. So.. again has anyone ever actually had this resolved or do I need a new platform
Hi there, @cncsbeautyandmo !
Welcome to the Community! Definitely a great place to gather some input regarding anything about the platform!
With regards to your payouts being on hold, I definitely hear and feel your frustrations about this matter but please know that these holds are very common throughout all types of stores on Shopify.
Our team will always provide next possible steps on how best to resolve this (whether that is reaching out to our live team, checking your email, or submitting documents) which seems you have already done. If that is the case, we simply ask that you wait for our internal teams to review the matter and as soon as they do, you will get a response from us. If not, please follow any actions relayed about this hold to get the resolution moving.
As always, we appreciate your patience and understanding regarding our processes here at Shopify.
If I cancel Shopify payments and use a different payment provider will that work I already have quite a few I use other then Shopify.. I can just use one of the other visa ones and be fine right?
You most certainly can do that and that’s definitely a great way to continue receiving orders/payments while Shopify Payments is on hold.
