If you have made a purchase from an online store and did not receive your order - it would be best to reach out to the business you made the purchase from. Typically, the online store will have a Contact Us page link towards the footer on the homepage. They would be in the best position to provide you with insights about your order.

In this case, if you are unable to get in touch with the business that you have made the purchase from. It would be best to speak with your bank or credit card company (depending on how you made the purchase) and bring this to their attention. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the online purchase.
