Hi Everybody,
My name is Ginger (Virginia Wodtli) - I just imported my store to Shopify and upon switching everything
over and reestablished my business account with Facebook Meta Business Suite.
Upon doing so I kept getting rejection my E Gift Cards that is part of my product line. Facebook kept saying it was against their community standards (which is a joke) and there no way to edit the store set up.
This kept showing back up and I told them that is a regular e-gift card like any other gift card from a brick and mortar store.
So My question- have any of you had this issue with your gift cards ? Also should I just shut down my Facebook
business account because it is very user unfriendly?. Suggestions? Please
