Has something changed with Orders page? Royal Mail Click and Drop now not working?

We have physical store and an online one and we have a ‘view’ on the orders page to filter just the online orders that need dispatching, then pick the orders and print the packing slips etc.

Just in the last few hours that view is now not showing us the updated orders?

The filters we have are:

Status: Open

Payment: Paid, Partially Refunded

Fulfilment: Partially Fulfilled, Unfulfilled

Delivery Method: Ship to Customer

I have tried changing the filters but nothing seems to work to get this view to look right again. I have also created a new view and this doesn’t seem to work?

As a knock on effect our Royal Mail Click and Drop is also now not bringing in orders?

I’m not seeing any issues with our view orders page (but we maybe used it differently). But Click and Drop integration also seems to have stopped working for us sometime late yesterday / last night. Only one order out of 4 came across and this usually just works.

Same issue for me. i run two seperate stores both with RM integration and today and yesterday they havent pulled across new orders.

is there a way to manually push them or do they need to be manually typed in now.

I went into the ‘App’ in Shopify and basically reconnected. It’s now showing up twice in Royal Mail but did then bring across missing orders.

Ah thanks, i’ve just had another order come in and its pulled through now so hopefully all working.

Thanks, that’s exactly what we had. Our shopify was definitely playing up but also seems fixed now.

Hi @caughtsmart , I had a client who was having a lot of issues with the official Royal Mail Click and Drop app (duplicate orders and missing orders), so I built an alternative solution with my app Postly . If you select “Mark dispatched orders as fulfilled in Shopify” it will pull through your orders (without duplicates or missing orders) when you mark them as fulfilled on Click and Drop.
