Having trouble buying a plan with UPI ID, any suggestions?

Hi,I am new to shopify,I designed my store and was ready with my product to sell. My free trail has expired and I need to buy a plan. But when I am trying to buy a plan with upi id which is an proper I’d ,its showing upi id is not authorised please try again or use any other upi id. Even after trying many upi ids I am not able to buy the plan. Please help me out

Thanks for posting and welcome to Shopify!

It sounds like you may not have set up your UPI billing in the Payment section of your Admin yet. To set this up, head to Settings > Billing. Next, in the Payment methods section, click Set up UPI. In the Send your UPI ID for verification dialog, you must enter your UPI ID. Click Send.

After this step use your UPI payment app to approve the setup and enter your UPI PIN. If the setup is successful, you will see UPI saved as a primary payment method.

If you are still having issues, please reach out to your bank to inquire about why your payment is being rejected. They should be able to provide more information.
