I posted this forum because your method is not working as I clearly mentioned in the first post. I am in a dark hole of a big corporate - templated customer service - no way to get out and keep paying monthly fee without being able to open my site. I am very disappointed by Shopify. At least, I would like to have a status update or explanation what is going on.
