Shopify Legal Team is not responding

Dear Shopify Legal Team,

I had an issue with my store “gameflavor.myshopify.com” a while ago. On the 25th of August, I received an email regarding the termination because of IP disagreements. I replied with all official documents proving that we are a legitimate business that owns all licenses.

I had sent over 10 emails with proving documents. But I haven’t received any response since.

All efforts to talk to the normal support have concluded nothing.

Again, I’ve not received any reaction since over a month! You cannot tell me that the legal team has that large backlog.

I must assume that I’m simply being ignored.

I need my site online again. ASAP!

Not at all, I tried to call the normal Shopify support, I just send two more emails last week, and I even tried to connect to the legal team via a Shopify account manager. I receive no reaction at all. I mean, not even a “stop writing us” …
