I am trying to connect Amazon MFC to my store, everything worked except the SKU mapping is giving me error (Please try again. Please contact us via the help page if the issue persists.) can’t get the SKU mapped, any help is appreciated, thanks!
If it’s an app you’re using, I would contact them directly, they will have the best insights and can look at your store / setup to see exactly what’s wrong.
I am using the Shopify app (Amazon MFC) i am trying to get an answer from Amazon but no luck until now
Having the same issue, how did you solve it?
Contact Shopify or Amazon?
@john316_1 @MamySportsSD I’ve seen this issue before with Amazon MFC, and SKU mapping can definitely be tricky. A few things to check:
- Ensure your SKU in Shopify exactly matches the SKU in Amazon, including capitalization and spaces.
- If you’ve recently changed SKUs, Amazon might not recognize the update immediately—resyncing your connection and waiting a few hours can help.
- If you’re using an integration like Amazon MFC for Shopify, double-check that SKU mappings are properly set up in the app settings and that the fulfillment service is set to Amazon for each SKU in Shopify.
If you’re looking for a way to better manage SKUs on the Shopify side to avoid these kinds of errors, I’m working on a tool called SkuWrangler that helps streamline SKU mapping and syncing across fulfillment providers. If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to DM me!
Hope this helps—let me know if you’ve tried other troubleshooting steps!
