I’d love to recreate the same header/menu setup as shown in the image below. Ideally, there would be two lines:
The first line contains the main navigation items (centered on the right) that link to individual pages, along with the account icon.
The second line shows the main category items—these should be visible in the menu and also have dropdown functionality (see image 2). The last item in this category should also support a dropdown menu. This line should additionally include a search bar and a shopping cart icon.
Something like this is very theme dependant, you have a few options:
Purchase a theme with a similar header already included
Customise the header yourself (requires a developer)
Use an app.
I would recommend using an app, the other options are both expensive and time consuming. Check out Section Store, they may not have an identical header but they have similar ones, they work with any theme and are a one time payment so you’re not paying every month.
If that doesn’t work you’d need to either shop around apps or get a developer to customise your current theme to implement this exact header functionality.
This is the best idea to recreate your Store front header. This is significantly add a good impression for the customer and add a better UI.
But as per the complicity it’s requires to do the custom code in your existing theme files. This is not a simple task that could be share the coding with you and change automatically happens.
But this requires a proper planning to create this type of header.
Looked around and found a lot off apps but always a single line header and not with the options that I need. Maybe you do know of an app that has this type of header? I already work with section store
