Header Icons and logo invert when scrolling (Dawn Theme)

Hello Shopify users! Today I am in need of some assistance. I need help having my header inverted when I scroll down. My menu is transparent and goes to white when I scroll. I want my header icons and logo to stay white when it’s on the top and go black when I scroll.. Any assistance would be appreciated :). Video below for reference:
