Hey I have recently been charged £22.79 on an annual subscription for the domain name which is connected to the shopify store. I am unable to refund or even cancel this payment as I cannot access the shopify store as I closed the account around a year ago which is strange as why am I being charged still for this domain if I cancelled all payments?
