[Help Needed] Location based inventory levels

Hi everybody.

I currently manually ship orders domestically (US) and have a 3PL in China for international orders.

I recently set up location based inventory to have a better idea of inventory levels on these two locations.

So I have my main inventory (US) and a second inventory location (China). However, when I receive an international order, Shopify pulls the order from the main location.

Is there a way to trigger Shopify to pull only domestic orders from my main location and all international orders from my secondary location?

Any help is appreciated.
