HELP! Vitals "volume discount" not visible on website

I have the vitals app on my website and most of its features work perfectly. However, the “volume discount” is not visible on the published website. I can see it on the shopify editor though. I had contact with vitals and shopify but couldn’t get it resolved. At vitals they said it was due to the inventory not being tracked, but after doing all they said it still isn’t working.

(When first using this volume discount tool it was visible online but after designing and adjusting the website it disappeared.)

I use the theme “Sense 12.0.0”

Im looking forward to fixing this issue. Any help is appreciated!

You can try this app Bundles & Quantity Breaks they have lot of customization option. They are not using the automatic discount in this case you can make lot of offers for your customer can this can help in increasing AOV.
