I sell beauty products and want everything to match seamlessly in terms of design.
The app I’m using now to run volume discount offer has limitations when it comes to customizing the widget, from the layout to the text. Every time I need to make changes, I have to contact support and have them add custom CSS code, which isn’t ideal and may slow down my store speed.

Adding custom CSS code is highly unlikely to slow down your store speed, unless you are adding MASSIVE amounts of it to your site. At the end of the day, CSS is just text that gets downloaded by the user’s browser.
What types of customizations are you looking for? Custom CSS code is really the most customizable something can get, so I’d like to understand what you have in mind. It sounds more like you are looking for a wide range of settings, but it’s not clear which specific settings.
