Hello, I have classic customer accounts enabled on my store and I want to edit the “create an account” and “login” page to match the look of my store but when I try it says “this page doesn’t have any sections”. I will attach a screenshot of what it looks like. I also have the Smile app (loyalty program) on my store and when I chatted with Shopify support they told me it was an app issue but then the Smile developers told me it was a Shopify issue. I am now thinking that the only way to fix this is to hire an expert to code it?

The look and feel of the customer accounts pages is usually related to the theme. However, based on your screenshot, it also looks like you’re trying to integrate a third-party login portal for your customer accounts. Which theme are you using at the moment? Can you tell me more about the login portal from your screenshot?
If you’re using a third-party theme, then we’d recommend getting support for your theme from the theme designers as suggested on our design policy. If the theme designers isn’t able to assist you with the customizations, then you’d need to consider hiring a developer to assist with your theme. I’ve also taken a look at your store (soeurbodyandcandle.com) and I think your store looks amazing! I love the utilization of the sections offered by your theme on the homepage and the high quality images. All of your texts are clear and there aren’t any grammatical errors. Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox to interact with customers live on your store? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
