I have been scammed by a store and now the store has closed off their website. How can I file a complaint because whenever I go to file a complaint it asks for a order confirmation url but now since the store has closed it is not accepting my order URL. The customer support is the most terrible thing i have seen. The annoying chat bot wont connect me with a customer rep because I dont have a damn store with shopify. Their support is extremly tough to deal with. I HATE SHOPIFY.
