I understand that you are facing issues with your order, but posting that here on the shopify community is not going to help. You should reach out to the shop from where you have purchased the products. They are the ones who can do anything here.

Mujhe samajh aa raha hai ki aap apne order ko lekr pareshan hai. Lekin uske liye aap ko directly us shop se contact karna padega jahan se aapne product order kiya tha. Shopify Community par post karne se unfortunately koi help nahi milegi. Refund ya exchange ke liye sirf wahi store madad kar sakta hai.
