I have 1 review on one of my products in my store. I do not want products reviews to show up. After investigating, apparently it was made with the Shop App, but I do not have the shop app installed and have never had it. How can I hide this please?

I have checked and confirmed that the reviews are not appearing from any app but it is appearing from the code and svg images. Please copy and paste the code below by going to the Online store >> Themes >> Customize >> Click on Settings icon to the left >> Scroll down to the bottom and paste it to the custom CSS tab.
