Home Page Large Image - Changing Size for mobile and computer view

For my home page would like to use a ‘large image with text’.

I need the height settings to be interchangeable for a mobile device and the WebView.

Am i using the correct section choice here to do this?

I saw already the separate height of images of this images

If your intent is to have a closer up image for mobile you have to customize your theme to have this responsive behavior or add options to the settings to use different sections between mobile and desktop.
