I am 17 I have my LLC/EIN I heard with that I am able to be the one taxed when it comes to the profits. I am trying to figure out how to do that. My parents are not on board with “owning” the business. So it has to be under me
Hey Dalten! Until you are legal age (18) you are not allowed to be the sole owner of a business on Shopify. This is not something that can be overturned. You need to have someone of legal age listed as the store owner on file. I understand that your parents are not on board to have their name connected to the store, is there any other adults in your life that would be able to support you in this endeavor until you are 18?
