How can customers input quantity directly in shopping cart?

Is there a way to set items up so a customer can enter 100 Ea instead of having to keep selecting the plus sign next to the qty field. Thanks for your help. Just wondering if it is a setting.

In cart file please remove this code. Then you will able to enter numbers manually.
