i would like to add my actual reviews onto my site? can i take screenshots and add them to my site

You could definitely take screenshots of the reviews, but that could lead to some issues in the quality of the images compared to the rest of your online store. Instead of posting screenshots, have you done any research into if Trustpilot has a way to integrate the reviews you have with them directly with Shopify? I did a quick search online and found a resource from Trustpilot that looks to suggest that you can integrate Trustpilot directly with Shopify while on their free plan, so you can have your reviews show up on your Shopify store. I recommend giving this resource a read to see if you’re able to take advantage of this integration being offered by Trustpilot!

thank you for your post. i have already doe this but it only allows me to add widgets, rather than the actual reviews
Thanks for following up, @ihs1 ! Do these widgets not provide the option to host some of your Trustpilot reviews on your Shopify Store? Trustpilot and it’s integration are entirely third party, so it’s not something we’re trained on, and it’s not something I use for my own business so my experience with their widgets is limited. Have you reached out to their support team directly to see if they have any suggestions on how you may be able to use their integration to present your reviews?
