That would depend on which theme you’re using, and if the theme has a section built into it that supports showing an image grid like your screenshot.
If the functionality isn’t built into your theme, then you would need to either (1) hire a custom coder to build the section into your theme, or else (2) switch to a theme that does have this functionality built in.
