How can I adjust settings for worldwide shipping on my website?

i tried to adujst sitting to ship worldwide but it did not work, my wibsite only shipped to USA. my Q is how i can manage to ship worldwide?

Hello There,

You can definitely specify which countries you want to ship to! This is determined by the Shipping Zones that you have set up in your shipping settings. See how to add a shipping zone.

Do you currently have two zones configured when you go to “Settings > Shipping and delivery > Manage Rates”? One for the domestic market and one for the international market?

You can click on edit on the international zone to ensure you have all your preferred countries checked.

Please check if you have set up shipping rates for all countries.

Next, check if you have enabled the international market yet:

  • From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Markets.
  • Click on Manage next to the International section

I guess you have to configure your Shopify market. This is done by selecting "Add Markets" from within the Markets settings. To resolve it accurately you can contact Shopify live chat support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact/chat
