How can I alter the font for webpage headers only?

Is there a way to change the font for headers only? For example on https://pathosstudio.uk/, I’d like to change the font of ‘Elevate Your Homespace’ and ‘Popular now’ without it affecting other areas of the website, such as the product titles.

Wouldn’t this just change the font of ‘Popular now’? I want it to affect all headings

I just tested it and even ‘Popular now’ doesn’t change
