I would like to cancel my Shopify store entirely but no longer have access to the admin panel.
there is no direct email support to the Shopify team.
I would like my money refunded asap and account completely closed.

Because this is an account-specific query however, you’ll need to contact our internal support team via our help centre here. If you aren’t able to login to your store, you can select the no login option. Then, type in your question or the topic you need help with. After that, you should see the Get Support heading at the very bottom of the page, and you can click Continue to start a support request. From there you can select your preferred method of support, and let our support team know of your situation so that we can look into things further from our end.
