Hello, i used loox apps before and since my store had to upgrade to their plan because of the limit, i declined to use this apps but in my billing still were getting charged. How to stop this fees since i have deleted the apps but dont know how to cancel the subscription. Thanks

In this case, when you have deleted Loox but you are still charged by them, I think you should directly contact them via support@loox.io. Hope that you will find an appropriate solution soon.
