Hey guys,
im facing the following problem..
I just started my trial in Shopify and downloaded the Auto DS app - started a trial there aswell. I allowed the payment that i could enter the app. Tried to find where i could quit the abonnentment, but i couldn’t find it. Deleted the app and downloaded it again, agreed the payment again and they immediate took the money from my bank account. Already contacted the Support of Shopify and waiting for response.
Did anybody had the same issue or compareable? Or can somebody tell me, why i couldn’t quit the trial, do i have a chance to get my money back?
