Shopify is definitely the best ecommerce solutions and I am currently running a Shopify store.
However Shopify turned out not to be the best solution for my new business.
I’ve wanted to cancel my trial but I’ve been late with a few hours. Shopify tried to charged my debit card (which had no fund at that moment). I am trying to canlce my subscription but Shopify doesn’t let me do it because of the unpaid invoice.
Would you please support me on that? I believe that there is a way to cancel my subscription because I’ve used Shopify for free only for a few hours more than the 14 days period.
