Hi we have been trying to get someone at Shopify to reply and help us to change our payout account as we no longer have access to our old account. Due to this we are unable to enter the details of the old account to change to our new one.
We have tried to contact the support team multiple times however every time we are either ignored or told it has been escalated. It has been 3 weeks since we were told that I have not heard anything. We need to change the account ASAP as we have money to be paid out sitting there.
