Im experiencing a similar situation with Cash / Sutton Bank not providing me any additional information after closing my account I’ve had with them for a while now. With the excuse “they don’t provide this information after account closure”. Not even a statement or a phone number to call. Ive emailed Shopify support but no help yet: can you please help as all my payments are now in limbo due to negligence of Sutton Bank
