How can I change my store currency when support is unreachable?

Hi, I need to change my store currency and I am not able to contact shopify, I have tried for so long and still every time I click in the link and asks me to select my store it always sends me to the articles section. I am a bit annoyed by now, does anyone have a phone number or email I can contact directly?

You can reach out to the Shopify support team directly via their Help Center using this link.

  1. Once you log in and select your store, please type your question or something in the search bar.

  1. Hit Enter > And scroll down to the Get Support button.

  1. Then, you’re able to contact the Shopify team via chat, phone, email.

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access. Here’s a video showing the steps in action.

You mentioned you keep getting redirected to articles - If you follow these steps exactly (paying attention in particularly to typing into the search a topic bar) are you then able to access support? If not- can you please try those steps using an incognito window on google chrome?
