I understand that you’re looking to change your store’s selling currency. Once your store has made a sale, the Account Owner will need to create a support request through the Shopify Help Center to change the selling currency on your reporting, admin settings and storefront. Changing your store currency also changes your primary market because your primary market is determined by your store currency.

After you’ve contacted support, you can follow the steps in our Selling and Getting Paid in Different Currencies resource to change your store’s selling currency.

In order to change your store selling currency, you’ll need to go through the Shopify Help Center and log into your store. Unfortunately, through our community forums, we are unable to provide account-specific information or look into your Shopify admin.

I’ll share the steps below to access the help center and create a support request.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Head over to the Shopify Help Center.
  • Log into your store.
  • Select a topic from the ones provided.
  • On the following page, please scroll to the very bottom to view our available contact options under Get Support.
